Banana Buttersotch Muffins
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees2. Mash two very (brown = muffin gold) ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl
3.Add two cups of flour to the bananas
4.Add 1 Tbsp of baking soda
5.Mix in two eggs
6. Add 1/4 cup of butter or margarine
7.Mix in the best part...the butterscotch chips! Use as much as your butterscotch-loving n heart desires!
8.Fill cupcake papers half way and bake for about 20 minutes
9. Eat all of them at once and gain 3 pounds...OR serve them to family and friends!

The Recipe:
- 2 or more very ripe (and ugly) bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups flour
- 1 Tsp baking soda
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Tbs vanilla
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
